Tapi juga enak dimakan bersama nasi hangat dan acar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat kulit lumpia&lt;br /&gt;1 bh tahu putih besar (tahu kain)&lt;br /&gt;1 btg daun bawang, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;10 bh rawit hijau, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Buncis (rp 1000)&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;Garam, secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Royco, secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Merica, secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Minyak yang cukup banyak untuk merendam martabak, panaskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara masak :&lt;br /&gt;- Hancurkan tahu dalam mangkuk besar,pakai garpu&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan irisan buncis, daun bawang, rawit, garam, merica, royco.&lt;br /&gt;- Campurkan telur kedalam adonan&lt;br /&gt;- Ambil 1 sdm adonan tahu, letakkan di bagian tengah kulit lumpia.&lt;br /&gt;- Lipat sisi atas-bawah-kanan-kiri kulit, rekatkan dengan sedikit air.&lt;br /&gt;- Cemplungkan ke dalam minyak panas (api jangan terlalu besar, nanti kulit sudah gosong sebelum isi martabak matang)&lt;br /&gt;- Angkat dan sajikan dengan cabe botol/kecap manis &amp;amp; Campur dengan adonan kuning telur, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang ke dalam loyang berukuran 40x60x30cm. Cocok dinikmati panas saat badan kurang enak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 g kwetiau segar/udan segar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kuah:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;750 ml air2 siung bawang putih, cincang, tumis&lt;br /&gt;200 g daging sapi untuk sukiyaki&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cm jahe2 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomat merah, iris&lt;br /&gt;Daun Selada&lt;br /&gt;Daun Ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;Jeruk lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kuah:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rebus air bersama bawang putih hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan irisan daging selembar demi selembar hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan bumbu lainnya, didihkan kembali.
